Is there really a free tier?
Yes. You can certify up to three documents per month on the free plan, with the full verification page, badge, and public portfolio — just with a small 'Powered by Humanums' note on the badge itself.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
You can start Creator Pro with no credit card and get unlimited certifications for 14 days. If you don't convert, your account drops back to the free plan automatically. Nothing is charged.
What happens if I need a refund?
We offer a full refund within 14 days of any payment, no questions asked. Email support@humanums.com and we'll process the refund within 5–10 business days.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page in your dashboard and you'll keep access until the end of the current period.
